About The Position

Customer Service Representatives (CSR) handle customer emails, calls, process orders, and provide information about the company’s products and services.Welder Fabricators involves in designing, cutting, and shaping metal. They may also be involved in the creation of new structures or objects or repair existing ones.

Requirements

• With at least 1 year experience in handling non-voice: email accounts.
• At least 40-50 WPM
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Customer Service experience in the call center industry is a MUST.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and during weekends.
• MUST have own equipment (laptop/desktop) and internet connection for work from home set-up.
• Understanding of how Zendesk systems work, is a plus.

Responsibilities

Email Support agent communicates with customers through email to answer questions, solve problems, and troubleshoot. Since they function on the front line of customer service, it’s important that email agents be comfortable communicating directly with customers.
